Obituary of Carmel T. Masi

Miss. Carmel T. Masi, 92 of Union passed away at St. Barnabas Medical Center on May 9, 2020.

Carmel was born in South Orange and has lived in Union for the past 37 years. She worked at Prudential Insurance Co., in Newark as an Accounting Supervisor in the Real Estate Division for 42 years.

Carmel was predeceased by her siblings William and Daniel H. Masi, Marie E. Gregg and nephew Daniel H. Masi. She is survived by her beloved niece and nephews William R. Gregg, Elizabeth Masi, Daniel A.  Gregg (Barbara), William A. Masi (Marcia), Michael Masi (Maureen) and Anthony Masi, great nephews Timothy Gregg and Brendan Masi and great niece Patricia Masi.  

Burial is Private. Carmel was a member of the Rainbow Seniors at. St. Joseph’s Church and South Orange Seniors.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church in Maplewood on Saturday, May 14th, at 9:30 AM.
