Obituary of Genevieve Sarno

Genevieve  Sarno (nee Horton), 95 passed away peacefully at home in Maplewood on July 3, 2019. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood on Friday, July 5th at 9:30 AM thence to St. Joseph's Church, Maplewood, where a Funeral Mass  will be offered at 11:00 AM. Genevieve was born in Newark and has lived in Maplewood for the past 40 years. She was a payroll clerk at Verizon in South Orange for 25 years. Genevieve was a member of Maplewood Senior club and was an active member of the former Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Maplewood. Genevieve was predeceased by her husband Arthur  Sarno. She is survived by her children Patricia Lampa (Glen) and Susan  DiJulio, grandchildren Jason, Kati, Nicole, Jennifer and Suzanne, great grandchildren Ja’Lind, Leo, Hudson and Will.
