Obituary of Mollie Margaret Holley

Mollie Margaret Fenton Holley resident of Rockville, MD and previously of West Orange, NJ and West Hartford, CT passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2008. Mollie was born in South Wales on June 10, 1921 but raised until the age of 4 in Caherciveen, county Kerry, Ireland. She immigrated to the US with her family to Hartford, Ct. She graduated from Buckley High School in 1939. Mollie was a loving devoted wife and mother. She had a deep love for God, family and friends. She had a passion for art, music, and the theatre. She loved to dance and was often the life of the party. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Barbara Holley Boyd; granddaughter, Jenny Marie Boyd and son-in-law Ronald P. Boyd. She was preceded in death by husband Kenneth Joseph Holley and son Timothy Joseph Holley. Heartfelt thanks to the National Lutheran Home in Rockville, MD for caring for Mollie during the last 2 years. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church; 50 Short Hills Avenue; Short Hills, NJ on Sat, Feb 2nd at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Rose of Lima Cemetery. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood, NJ on Sat 8:30 -9:30 AM ONLY
