Obituary of Helen Brutofsky

Helen Brutofsky, 89, of Maplewood, N.J., passed away on Dec. 26, 2017, at home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady Of Sorrows Church, South Orange, N.J., on Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 10:30 a.m. Interment is in Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Arrangements are by Preston Funeral Home, South Orange, N.J. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., Helen resided in Maplewood for 54 years. She worked for N.J. Bell/Verizon in South Orange and Newark, N.J., for many years before retiring. Helen was the beloved sister of the late Margaret Brutofsky, and dear cousin of Mary Alice Davis, Kevin MacEachern, Kathy Post, and William MacEachern.
