Obituary of Michael DeCicco

Michael DeCicco, 53, of Clinton, New Jersey, formerly of Maplewood, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 22, 2017, with his family at his side. Michael was one of the first residents of the Hunterdon Developmental Center (HDC) in Clinton and lived there for forty-seven years. The DeCicco family is deeply grateful to the employees of the HDC for all their love, compassion, dedication and commitment to Michael while he lived in their care for all those years. The family was also greatly comforted by the nurses, doctors, and other staff people at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington during Michael’s numerous hospitalizations there in recent years and especially during his last days. Michael was the beloved son of Rosemary Coppola DeCicco of Ft. Meyers, Florida, and Michael DeCicco and Catherine Regan-DeCicco of Waretown, New Jersey. He is survived by his siblings, Lisa DeCicco Dunphy, Mark DeCicco and Andrew DeCicco, as well as a large extended family, including numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
