Born on May 29, 1912, to Patrick J. and Mary Ann McKay in Longfield, Desertmartin, Magherfelt, County Derry, Northern Ireland, Selina was the oldest of six and had four sisters and one brother go before her into eternal life. Selina came to the U.S.A. in 1929, met Patrick Joseph McHugh and married in 1936. Their love brought into the world Michael G. of Richmond, Va., Patrick K. of Florida and Sr. Mary Selina, SCC, presently at South Orange. She leaves her legacy of deep faith, trust and love as well as a sincere spirit of gratitude for the least kindness shown to her, and a deep prayer life to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. May Selina be enjoying the everlasting presence and love of God, the Blessed Mother and her dear friends in heaven. Thank you, God, for blessing us with her life.
