Obituary of Gloria Lyons

Gloria Lyons (nee Fiore), 86, of Aventura, Fla., passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady Of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, N.J., on Monday, May 1 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment is at Gate Of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. She grew up in South Orange, and lived there until she moved to Aventura, Fla., in 2010. She was a sales clerk for Clothes Horse in Millburn, N.J., from the 1970s to 1980s. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard M. Lyons Sr. She is survived by her sons, Richard M. Lyons Jr. (Trish), Steven M. Lyons (Ann Marie); her grandchildren, Richard M. III and Emily Lyons, and her siblings, Albert Fiore and Jean Gailey. In lieu of flowers, donations to South Orange Rescue Squad, 62 Sloan St., South Orange, N.J. 07079 would be appreciated.
