Obituary of Grace C. Kelly

Grace Creed Kelly, 95, of Maplewood, N.J., died on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at home in Maplewood. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 217 Prospect St., South Orange, N.J., on Saturday, March 9, at 9:30 a.m. Interment is in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Mrs. Kelly was a secretary with the Chancery Office in Newark, N.J., from 1971 to 1988 when she retired. She was a bookkeeper for Our Lady of Sorrows Church, South Orange, in the 1980s and a secretary for Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Maplewood, in the 1960s. She was the beloved wife of Walter J. Kelly; devoted mother of Kathleen Degnan, Joan Connolly and James Kelly; also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
