Obituary of Mary Ann Kearney

Mary Ann Sheehan Kearney, 82, of Short Hills died on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009, at her summer home in Spring Lake. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., Short Hills, on Saturday, Sept. 12, at 10 a.m. Interment is in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Short Hills. Visitation will be held at the Jacob A. Born in Washington, D.C., Mrs. Kearney lived in Short Hills for 50 years. A homemaker, she was a member of St. Rose of Lima's Ladies Auxiliary, Short Hills. She attended Dunbarton College, Washington, D.C. Mrs. Kearney was the beloved wife of the late Paul A. Kearney, M.D., and the devoted mother of Paul A. Kearney Jr., M.D., John M. Kearney Esq., Robert E. Kearney, M.D., Mary Ann Graham, Margaret Mary Sullivan, Kelly Theresa Gibbons, Andrew J. Kearney, Patricia Marie Kologlu and the late James C. Kearney, M.D. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren.
