Obituary of Phyllis Nardelli

Phyllis Macaluso Nardelli, 75, of Whiting, N.J., formerly of Maplewood, N.J., passed away on Dec. 13, 2017. The family will be receiving friends at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave., Maplewood, on Thursday, Dec. 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m. Interment will be private. Born in Newark, N.J., Phyllis lived in Maplewood for many years before moving to Whiting five years ago. She received her B.A. from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, N.J. Phyllis was an administrative assistant and resident coordinator at Montclair State University for several years. She was the beloved mother of Rochelle and Richard Nardelli and loving sister of Peter Macaluso.
