Obituary of Barbara A. Murray

Barbara A. Murray (nee Trowbridge), 93, of Short Hills, passed away on January 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Summit, Barbara lifelong resident of Short Hills, where she made a warm and enduring impact on all who knew her.

She was the beloved wife of the John J. Murray and the cherished mother of Debra Ripoli and the late Robert B. Murray. Barbara's legacy also includes her grandsons, Christopher and Justin Murray, who were the light of her life.

Visitation will be held at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home, 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood, on Wednesday, January 8th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 9th, at 11:00 AM, with interment to follow at St. Stephen's Cemetery in Millburn.

Barbara will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
