Obituary of Virginia A. Brito

Virginia A. Brito, age 79, of Springfield died Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Pine Acres Health Care in Madison, NJ.

Visitation will be at The Jacob A. Holle Funeral Home 2122 Millburn Ave, Maplewood on Tuesday, March 26^th from 4:00 - 7:00PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 27^th at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Avenue, Short Hills at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, N. Arlington.

Ms. Brito was born in Newark, and lived in Springfield for 30 years. She was a secretary at St. James Hospital in Newark for 25 years 

She is survived by her siblings, Manuel Brito (Dolores), Anthony Brito (Gail), Marie O'Neill (James), Ann Brito and many nieces and nephews.

Virginia was predeceased by her parents Manuel and Mary (Serrratelli) Brito and her brothers James and William Brito.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905 (Stjude.org) would be appreciated.
