Dear Linda, Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on Steve’s passing. He was absolutely one of my favourite people when I was at PAHO (and he was director of CAREC). He was smart, analytical, funny, realistic, and a first class person. It was a great pleasure for me to work with him – and to socialize together as well. I enjoyed the dinners with you both at your house (and with him at our house in Virginia). He was extremely proud of you as well as Stephanie and Joseph. My very best wishes to you all. Steve Corber
