Helen Beatrice Reisler

Helen Reisler passed away peacefully in the company of her loving family on March 2, 2021. Funeral Services are private. Born in South Orange, NJ on November 10, 1914 to Alexander and Carmela Beatrice, Helen was a resident of Millburn, NJ for more than fifty years.

 Predeceased by her husband Charles J. Reisler Jr., she is survived by her daughter Barbara (Jerry) of Raleigh, NC and her son, Charles J. Reisler III (Mary Jane) of Short Hills, NJ. Helen is also survived by four grandchildren, Jerry of Atlanta, Georgia, Robert (Lorrin) of Raleigh, NC, Stephen, Jersey City, NJ, Alexa (Timothy) of New York City and four great grandchildren, Sofia, Clara, Finn, and Georgina.

 Helen was associated with Hammond Publishing Company for more than half a century where she held a variety of positions including archivist. She loved travel, liking nothing better than international cruises; an avid reader, she enjoyed dancing, swimming and spending time with her friends and family. She was a long-time fan of the NY Giants and the NJ Devils. An active parishioner of St Rose of Lima  in Short Hills, NJ, she was a member of the Life Lighters and Millburn’s ‘Friday Friends’.
