Obituary of Roseann K. Clarke

Roseann K. Clarke, age 64, of Maplewood died Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ.

Visitation will be held at Preston Funeral Home, 153 South Orange Ave, South Orange, NJ on Monday, April 28th from 4-6:30pm, followed by a prayer service at 6:30 pm. Interment will be private.

Roseann was born in Vineland, NJ and has lived in Maplewood  over the past 30 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Philadelphia College of Textiles. Roseann worked as a textile designer for many years at Burlington Industries, CHF Industries and Keeco in New York City.

Roseann is survived by her husband, Dean Clarke, her two children, Caitlin and Harrison Clarke, her mother Irene Kuhar, sister, Diane Kidd, brother, Daniel Kuhar, nephews, Daniel Jr. and David Kuhar. She is predeceased by her father, Roland Kuhar.

She is remembered by those who knew her as a caring mother who very often brought her family close together, and a kind, supportive person who always helped her loved ones in all their troubles and endeavors.
